SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND

Orders destined for Switzerland are shipped via La Poste Suisse.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Shipping cost: CHF 9.00

  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.00

3. SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

Orders destined for European countries are shipped via DPD.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days after shipment

  • Shipping cost:

    • CHF 19.90 for parcels up to 2 kg

    • CHF 29.90 for parcels from 3 to 5 kg

4. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment of your package.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.
