RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Anima Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it or request a refund according to the conditions below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must:

Be unworn, clean, and in their original condition

Have all tags still attached

Be returned in the original packaging if possible
Items that are damaged, washed, or used cannot be refunded.
Exception: Sale items are not refundable.
3. RETURN PROCEDURE

Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will send you the return address and instructions.

Ship the package via La Poste Suisse or DPD with tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking proof.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. REFUNDS

Once the package is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the easiest solution is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately, as shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately by email at animaboutiqueshoponline@outlook.com or via WhatsApp at +41 78 264 03 61, including photos of the defect.
In this case, the return shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will either send the correct item or issue a full refund.
